Hello, is this a lighting stator?

This is a high-output stator that's designed to support additional electrical components that are not OEM parts on the machine that you select from our fit guide. They can indeed be used to support headlights and taillights as well.

Will this work with LED lighting on a CRF70R Honda 2004? No battery, just a regulator maybe?
