1980 yt125 has one continuous reed top and bottom 2 screws securing each
If you look at the reed cage on your machine, it actually has a split down the middle on which the two pedals of each reed would rest. The Boyesen design, supposedly, performs better than stock since the reed can react more quickly to the air column as it comes through. If you were to choose the 1980 Yamaha YT125 Tri-Moto reeds from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct parts to fit your machine.
Do the petals bolt onto the stock valve intake?

I have a 99 kawasaki kx80 and i want to pick up a set but wondering do they bolt right onto the oem equipment?
Yes, these particular reeds will fit the OEM valve without any other modifications. Just remove the old reeds, put these on and you're all set!
