Hey guys! 2003 Yz125 here, so the directions say the cases need to be machined down but other sites/forums say it's not needed, id hate to split the cases for nothing. What's your guys opinion?

For this kit on that bike, you would want to run at minimum premium grade fuel. For better performance, you can bump it up to 100-110 octane.
What brand piston comes with this kit ?

Do you have to change your mapping?

Any time you change cylinders and pistons, it's always recommended that you adjust fueling to suit the new setup. While these kits often replicate the OEM kit for most machines, we encourage everyone to adjust fuel delivery in order to get the most out of this new setup.
