I purchased these side covers for my 1999 XR650L that I relocated the battery. The UFO XR600R left side panel fit great to the airbox and the finish is great. I had to cut a clearance notch for the XR650L seat strap. I had to preform the same procedure on the right but the fit and finish was great too. I would note that the right cover had an extra hole with a rubber plug that my stock one didn't. Also, there is no heat shield on the right cover like the factory cover. One last thing to note, the color is not an exact match for my 99. Since this is a different manufacturer, manufactured at a different time, and not model year specific, I really didn't expect it to.

Do these panels come with the hardware (screws)?

No, there is no hardware included with any UFO side panels. You are to re-use the OEM parts when installing these components on your machine.
In the event you need those parts, check out the Cycra Bodywork Fastener Hardware Kit as it will come with bolts for fastening all of the bodywork to your machine.
Is the yellow the same as a 2006 DRZ 400s?

This color is 2001-2012 RM Yellow. It should be very close to the factory color used by Suzuki from 2001-2012 model year motorcross models.
Does this come with all 4 separate side panels for a 1993 kx125?

UFO's Side Panels to fit the 1993 Kawasaki KX125 only come with the two parts photographed when you select that fitment from the drop down menu to the right of the photograph. If, by four panels - you also mean the KX125 UFO radiator shrouds, those are available separately on our website.
