Can you clean 2007 Harley Davidson deluxe air filter with soap and water

You certainly can use soap and water to clean this filter, but you will need to re-oil it to make sure it keeps doing its job when clean. To do that, you can get everything with an all-in-one kit from K&N in the for the K&N Air Filter ReCharger Kit. With that, you'll get a specially-formulated air filter cleaner and the proper air filter oil to keep the filter running in top condition.
