Does this include the hardware to install on to the fairing

No, there are no fasteners included for attaching this taillight to your motorcycle. You are to re-use the OEM mounting hardware to fix this piece to your bike.
does the rubber mounting gasket come with it

There is no rubber gasket included with any Drag Specialties taillight assembly. You are to re-use the OEM gasket in order to complete the installation provided it's in good condition.
Will this fit without rewiring?
