Dashboard horn blinkers brake light all out could this be a starter relay switch problem

It sounds more like you're having a fuse problem that a relay. It seems that there isn't any power going through those circuits. Still, without having the bike here to examine, it's impossible to say what exactly, is wrong with your machine.
