Does this rotor come with the compensator spring pack

My compensator is in pretty good shape but the springs have gotten very weak causing the clacking noise when starting warm. I've pulled the unit apart and the spring pack is loose and rattles when the rotor is shaken. If this rotor comes with the springs installed I think it would solver my problem.
These rotors do not include a compensator spring, but they will work with the stock parts, are stock-replacement parts. For your needs, you may want to add a compensating sprocket kit to your order so as to solve your problem.
Is this the High Output rotor?
