Heard someone said the battery needs to be filled with acid and charged by customer. Is it true or does it come ready t be installed?

The AGM battery is filled/sealed from the factory. They are ready to be installed out of the box, however it's not a bad idea to give it a quick charge to ensure it is at peak voltage when installing.
is this the same as the Yuasa GYZ32HL, with a different name on it?

For the HD Touring models 1997-2019 that is correct. This battery is produced to the exact specs of the Yuasa counterpart GYZ32HL.
