Will this fit 1992 Electra Glide sport?

Yes, there are the black and chrome kits available for that 1992 FLHS. Just select your year/make/model and then you can choose between the two different finishes. Please be aware these are sold per cylinder and not as a set/pair.
is there a gasket kit that goes with these?

The gasket(s) for fixing the rocker box the cylinder head is indeed included with the kit. Also, depending on what machine it is that you have, there may be additional gaskets included in the kit as well. Once you select your machine from our fit guide, you'll see an image showing exactly what's included with your order.
If I do one do I have to do both one is bad

You certainly don't need to replace both rocker boxes if you don't need to. The only thing you may run into is that the colors may vary between the two since, as the bike ages, so does its finish.
