Fits and works as expected. I found it difficult to start the threads on the new unit because it is awkward to access. But after placing a piece of stiff plastic tubing over the threaded wire lead post and then turning that tubing I was able to start the threads easily, then tighten easily with an adjustable wrench.

What is the measurement and to end?

I just got a switch from the Harley dealer, saying it would fit, but it's too long. They have me #26554-77C. I think the C is what's messing things up. The black plastic is hitting frame, not allowing me to thread it in.
The Sportster oil pressure switch we have to replace Harley-Davidson part number 26554-77 measures 51mm from end to end.
