Is this chromed & does it use double sided tape to mount?

This Kuryakyn Leading Edge Front Fender Tip is chromed ABS plastic and uses double sided adhesive to install. Provided you clean off the fenders mounting surface with the provided alcohol wipe, it will stay in place for miles to come.
