Yes, there is a skin/bib available for that model. You just need to choose 2022 Harley Davidson FLHCS Softail Heritage Classic 114 from the vehicle selection guide. Please know that included is a 5/16" hole punch for forward-mount hole to be made when installing on that bike.

Yes, these fender bibs can be used on pretty much any machine that still uses the stock seat mounting bolt locations. Each bib comes uncut. You are to use the included punch so as to perfectly line up the mounting hole(s). Just be sure to measure twice and punch once!

These particular fender bibs will fit just about any seat that will the OEM chassis. That's because the bib isn't punched at the factory, but rather, it comes with a 5-16" punch so you can put the holes for each bolt exactly where they need to be. In this way, you'll get a perfectly-fitted rear fender bib for just about any custom seat you can find to fit your bike, including the Le Pera Bare Bones Solo seat.
