Cobra's intake kit for the 2016 Yamaha Bolt includes everything from the velocity stacks outwards. Of course, you'll have to re-use some of the OEM intake parts to complete the installation; some of the bolts and the fuel injection cover, but other than that, everything you need is included in the kit. So long as you have the stock air intake on your bike, you should have no problem fitting this kit to your machine.

While it's not required, we highly recommend that you install a Cobra Carburetor Jet Kit or a Cobra Fi2000R to go along with this Cobra intake kit. In this way, you can be assured proper fuel delivery at all power settings in addition to the maximum power gain possible.

Cobra aftermarket intake systems come with a K&N air filter that's pre-oiled at the factory to minimize not only dirt ingestion, but also water intrusion. The K&N air filter oil acts as a water repellent since the oil itself carries no net charge that repels both of water's positive and negative charges. In this way, it keeps the vast majority of water out of the engine, in addition to keep debris intake at a minimum. One important thing to note, however, is that you must maintain the K&N water-repellent with a K&N Air Filter ReCharger Kit after any particularly heavy downpour.
