No sir! This exhaust does not require a separate passenger footpeg relocation bracket to complete the installation on your Fat Boy. It comes with a bracket for moving the right side passenger footpeg out of the way. The peg itself is fitted to an exhaust hanger bracket for a nice, clean installation.
