Aramid fiber lined friction material is superior to stock
Ideal for the rider with a slightly slipping clutch, EBC SRC clutch kits include the proper number of friction plates and heavy duty springs to go with the OEM steel separator plates. The included fiber aramid fiber friction plates last longer and have a higher heat resistance than stock for improved feel and extra longevity. Heavy duty clutch springs are 10-15% stronger than stock to give a little extra feel at the lever.
An aramid paper lined plate set complete with heavy duty clutch coil springs or diaphragm type springs, the SRC kit is ideal for heavy sport bikes, faster riders and production based race use. Advantages of the SRC aramid series are longer life, higher heat resistance, although this clutch has a more aggressive/faster take up than the CK cork series.

This kit does not include steel plates, but if you have bad steels, you would probably realize it. Springs are a bit larger, and this makes it stiffer. Great performance kit, great bite and holding power!

Can I run full sync motor il with this clutch?
EBC clutch kits are designed to work with any type of oil that's specified in your bike's service manual. Whether it be a conventional, synthetic or synthetic blend oil - it doesn't matter so long as the JASO specification is the same as what's called for you in your bike's specifications.
Is this everything other then the gasket? Do I need to buy metal plates? Or does this kit have all the plates I need?

EBC's SRC clutch kits come with clutch friction plates and clutch springs only. The steel separator plates are sold separately.
If you need a complete clutch kit with that has everything but the clutch cover gasket, check out the EBC SRK Kevlar Fiber Complete Clutch Kit. With the SRK kit, you get clutch friction plates, clutch steel separator plates and clutch springs in one box. Plus, it's all Best of all, it comes out of the package with the correct OEM-recommended clutch stack height. Just soak the clutch plates in the same type of oil you use in your engine before installation and you're all set.
Will it work in a stock clutch basket for 2006 CBR 1000RR

EBC clutch kits do not come with a gasket of any kind. No less, we do have a giant selection of clutch cover gaskets where you can find the appropriate one to fit your machine.
