EBC CSK Clutch Springs

Spiral wound springs are made from heat-treated high carbon steel and come in various shapes and sizes delivering the proper amount of spring tension depending on the size of the bike and the horsepower of your engine. EBC Brakes produce extra strong clutch springs to prevent clutch slip and premature wear.

Easy upgrade from stock clutch springs

I am pleased.

Not super firm but gets the job done. If you need replacement springs and don't want super stiff ones, highly recommend these bad boys.

Slightly thicker than OEM diaphragm clutch spring. Fit perfect and operation was flawless.

Good improvement

I've had my new EBC heavy duty clutch springs on now for about 10 hours of ride time. So far my clutch is working great I do a lot of clutch up wheelies so I like my clutch to engage very abrupt. These springs definitely helped me get there.

What I ordered.

New EBC clutch spring installed. No noticeable improvement over factory at all. Even the clutch lever resistance still feels soft.

Aftermarket springs worked great! The 15% over OEM strength they claim to have is exactly what I was looking for as I am operating at 10k rpm frequently and the extra pressure these springs apply to the clutch is needed to ensure I don't get slippage! Would buy again!

Would these work after a 308 Big Bore Kit

Just put a 308 big bore kit on my Sherpa and noticed the clutch may be slipping under heavy power in the higher gears. Do you sell heavy duty springs that would fix this?

They probably wouldn't hurt when compared to the stock clutch springs, and especially if they haven't been replaced in a while. EBC's clutch springs are somewhere between 10 or 15 percent stronger than the stock clutch springs, so it may help your situation. Still, before replacing the springs alone, you may wish to have a look at the clutch plates and steel separator plates themselves as well to be sure none of them are work beyond factory recommendations since clutch springs alone are not always the solution to a worn clutch.
