I just wonder will this pad fit into 2003 Kawasaki vn1500 mean streak?
Yes, if you were to choose the 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Mean Streak brake pads from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct pads to fit that machine. We have them available for the front and rear calipers. Just make sure you order the correct quantity for your needs as these are sold per-brake caliper, eg. order 2 for the front and 1 for the rear and you'll have all the pads you need to completely retrofit your bike.

Without knowing exactly what your riding style happens to be, it's difficult to say whether or not these are the best brake pads available. If you're a fast street rider and do the occasional trackday, EBC's EPFA brake pad compound are an excellent choice for your needs, no question about that.
Now, if you're a fast, dedicated trackday rider or racer, there are better options available. EBC GPFAX Sintered Road Race Brake Pads come to mind. GPFAX pads are especially capable for dedicated track riding as they require a bit of heat in them to function properly. It's the kind of heat that you can't generate under normal street riding - so keep that in mind before purchasing!
Provided you're using these brake pads mentioned herein as described, you'll certainly find them to be some of the best compounds available for your needs.
