Does this filter come pre oiled?

These filters are not pre-oiled. You are to use your preferred filter oil in order. In the case that's not something you have on hand, we prefer Motul's A3 Air Filter Oil. If you prefer a filter that comes ready-to-go out of the box, check out our selection of Moose Precision Pre-Oiled Air filters.
Does this filter also work on the dual carb RFVC xr200r?

So long as you choose the 1984 or 1985 model year XR200R, you should have no problem fitting this air filter to your machine. These dual-carbureted XR200R models share the same air filter with later model year XR200Rs.
