Will this seat fit with the original back seat still on the bike I have a 2010 stratoliner

Unfortunately no, all Mustang solo seats will only work with Mustang passenger seats. On account of the seat's shape, they won't work with the OEM passenger seat. We do have a matching Mustang Vintage Wide Touring Passenger Seat that'll fit perfectly with the solo seat in question. Plus, the lines will match the driver's seat for a clear look.
