Am I going to need mounting bolts or any sort of mounting kit?

On most models the OEM hardware is to be re-used to mount the seat. Any required hardware outside of the OEM fasteners will be included with the seat.
Is this made from real leather

All of Mustang's seats are covered in a very high-quality vinyl that's designed to look just like real leather. Mustang chose this material as it holds up significantly better over time when compared to traditional leather seat covers. Furthermore, every seam is sewn twice and the bottom edge is hemmed against the base plate and held taught with rivets. In this way, the cover won't wrinkle over time . You won't have to re-cover the seat, even after years of you, in order to keep it looking new.
