Does mounting hardware come with the seat ie. mounting studs for seat?

Unless otherwise noted in the description after you've selected your specific motorcycle - yes, all required mounting hardware is included with the seat. In most cases, you will simply re-use the OEM bolts to mount the Mustang seat. In some cases, depending on the bike - you may have to remove a bracket or two from the stock seat and re-use that in order to install the seat. So long as you have the stock seat for your bike, you should have no problem fitting the Vintage seat from Mustang on your ride.
