Parts Unlimited Starter Motor

The installation was very easy, just two mounting bolts and two electrical connections. I got my bike started on first trial. Make sure that the battery is completely disconnected when installing.

Just put the starter on this week. Fit perfectly and so far starting up every time!

It fits in location so seems to be correct size. Motor operates when energized. Quality not yet been determined as it has not really been used.

Stuck at a gas station 30 miles from home and about the same from my daughters. Had to tow my bike to the shop. We already replaced the starter relay. The shop advised it was the starter motor a would cost about $2000.00 to fix. Had the bike towed back home. Ordered this and put it in last night and it runs great now. Cost me just over $500.00 for tows diagnostics and the the starter and saved myself almost $1500.00. Thank you Parts giant for making me a happy rider again.

Once installed, the starter worked as it should. Accessing the starter position was the most difficult part of the installation.

I am very skeptical about ordering anything online and very rarely take the time to write a review. However I am extremely satisfied. I recently purchased a starter motor for my 2015 pioneer 500. The Honda dealer told me the part was $295 and it would be at least two weeks for delivery. I ordered the starter motor from parts giant for less than $100 and had it in two days. It fit perfectly. That price also includes shipping. Plus I had the satisfaction of telling the Honda dealer that The genuine Honda starter only lasted 1300 miles and I could do better online, he looked totally surprised...WAKE UP HONDA

Bought a cheap one from internet. It would not even line up with flywheel. Yours fits great and sounds like original when cranking.
