Will it fit both sides of tank

No, Joker Machine's vented gas caps are only designed to fit the right-side spigot on tanks equipped with two filler caps. The non-vented left-side gas cap cannot be vented due to the fact that the bike would leak gasoline when parked. For this reason, Harley-Davidson uses a reverse-threaded gas cap for the left-side gas cap to prevent fuel from leaking all over the place.
