I have an 02 busa id like to replace a cheap eBay master and I'm wondering if this fits?
Yes, this will fit your bike without issue. The only caveat is that you must use a 10mm x 1.25 banjo bolt to fit the clutch line. If you don't have that, we recommend pairing this master cylinder with a Shindy Aluminum Banjo Bolt of that size. With those two items, you'll be able to replace the OEM master cylinder with ease.
