Cobra 909-Twins Slip-On Exhaust

Super happy. Not too bad to install. BUT! let me say.. the folks that say you must take off or lift the trunk are wrong. I used a 1\2 inch ratchet wrench on the rearmost muffler bolt and it saved a lot of work. They look great and sound great . Love em.

The Cobra 909 looks great on my Triglide. My last mufflers kept scraping the pavement when I would drive on to the entrance ramp. The 909s work great by being just the right size. The sound is mellow but powerful. Great product.

Just what I was looking for, not real loud, has a good Harley Sound.

I installed these on my 2023 tri glide. Installing the mufflers was easy. The sound is exactly what I wanted, deeper tone but not too loud. Also looked better on the trike than stock ones.

Love them! Much better than stock. A little tricky to install on the freewheeler, but you tube it and it's easier.

This is an addition to my last review. I reused my old clamps, they did not hold. I went to the auto parts store and bought two 1-3/4" stainless steel U clamps. They hold like a champ. Do yourself a favor, use auto muffler clamps. These 909 slip on are very nice if you don't want over the top noise. My 2024 Tri-Glide now sounds like a Harley!

These slip ons sound so much better than the stock pipes! They are deep sounding with a nice rumble. They are not over the top loud, which is fine for me and the wife on long rides. (This next statement is not Cobra related) My biggest issue putting these on was, Harley over-tightened the pipe clamps, causing the pipe to oblong, so pulling my right slip on was a chore. The new ones went on very easy. Worth every penny!

I bought a new 2024 tri-glide ultra I put them new cobras 909s and I love them little bit louder than the stock but now it sounds like a Harley nice looking. And a good price, fit right on

I bought these for my 2023 tri glide ultra. They look and sound so much better than the stock mufflers. Their just a bit louder than stock but with a lot more bass. She sounds like a Harley now. I highly recommend these. If you want a slip on that looks and sounds great the 909 has my vote.

Just put these on my 2023 tri glide ultra. Installation was fast and easy. They fit perfectly and look 100 percent better than the stock mufflers. The sound is exactly what I wanted. Very happy with them. If your looking for slip on for your trike go with the cobra 909's. You won't be disappointed. They look and sound amazing.

Put on a 2014 trike harley. Stock pipes were too quiet. These went on easy. Sound good. Not crazy loud . Sounds like a Harley now.

I was under the impression that they were a lot louder than the stock pipes. After $500 I found them not much louder than the stock Harley Davidson pipes without taking the baffles out. I'm not running my pipes with the baffles out. Very disappointed.

Put these on my bike and shut my bros up, no more jokes like is his bike started yet. The more they broke in the better they sounded. Sounds like a Harley now. I see why some call them neighbor haters.

Just the right amount of loudness. My Trip Glide now sounds like a Harley. One bolt on each side was a challenge but otherwise installation was relatively easy,

Installed these on my 2013 Tri-Glide, easier install than I expected. Louder than stock, but gives you that deep Harley sound, sounds even better when you twist the throttle.

They were easy to install and gave a deep throat sound. I would've preferred to take the catalytic converters out for the deepest sound but I could not find a Dyno that would do it on my trike.

Everything arrived in great condition.

These slip-ons went on a '21 Harley Freewheeler Trike. This meant the rear of the bike had to be lifted in order to get underneath it. A pair of Rhino Ramps did the job. Also the trunk had to be raised which meant all the bolts had to come out. This in itself was no easy feat. Even after that getting the rearmost muffler bolt off was as irritating as trying to herd cats. Getting it back on was no fun either. BUT it's been one of the most satisfying mods I've made. The Cobra 909's sound great without setting off car alarms and the trike runs amazing. Huge difference! I'm still grinning over it. No popping or backfires, no heat increase and no dyno needed. Well worth the effort.

I had to remove both the trunk bolts and the rear bumper off and used a jack in order to do the muffler swap. I love the quality and the sound of the slip on mufflers.

Love the deep tone and bark of the 909 Twins! Easily installed by removing the trunk (only 8 bolts + seat removal).

I bought a new 21 Harley Street Glide and wanted a sound with a little more oomph than the stock pipes. I shopped Vance and Hines, Reinhart, Bassani and RC, I did sound comparisons on Youtube. The Cobra 909's by far were the most inexpensive. These slip on's are very easy to install, they give the bike a low rumble, they are not much louder than stock at idle. Noticeable difference when you crack the throttle on the road. For the money I think these are an excellent choice and I'm glad I went with them.

They fit fine and easy install except Harley didn't make access to the mounting bolts very easy! One suggestion is for a hole to be drilled into the top of the baffle to allow a slip hammer to pull the baffle if you are looking for a bit louder of exhaust!

I thought they should’ve been a little bit louder but this is only my second Harley I’ve ever owned and my first set of accessory pipes that I have added to my Triglide. Overall experience was very well received the product arrived in great shape.

Firstly Parts Giant sent my pipes in a timely manner and with no damage. I really liked the looks of the cobra 909s right out of the box. They installed easily on my ultra limited. Looked even better on the bike. Nice low note on idle. Got a bit louder upon acceleration. And just a low rumble down the highway. Please note, I only have slip-on mufflers not a complete true dual set up. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Nice pipes well made, easy installation. Sound great, nice rumble and bark during throttling, but not so loud as to cause hearing loss...great investment for the bike.

Bought the 909's to replace stock mufflers on my 2014 Triglide. Very happy. Went on easy and love the sound.

Service-delivery-price-product-all outstanding. My 2019 trike had tab mufflers which were actually too loud to enjoy the music and ride for a trike. The Cobra 909 was the perfect change--nice and mellow-just loud enough and with the baffles still in.

Not as loud as I was hoping, but a great deep throaty rumble. They look great and are a huge improvement over the factory pipes.

Ok, 1st thing 1st, definitely not neighbor haters but awfully close. I started with stock muffler (quiet), no muffler (loud), Cobra 909 lol not much quieter than no muffler. Lucky my neighbor is fine with the sound cause she is already up at 5am ( time I leave for work). It definitely is major change in sound and it doesn't sound like a baby bike.

Ok, I wanted something a bit louder than stock due to just couldn't hear bike when going down highway. Well they are more than a bit louder than one would think but after going down highway now, I can actually hear the bike now. Neighbor haters was not what I wanted cause I actually like my neighbors lol. You won't be disappointed getting these.

Very happy with the slip ons, easy to change out. Not as deep of sound at first but the more miles the deeper and better they sound. A great value compared to other pipes.

These slip ons look and sound great. I am partial to the slash cut style. The rolled edges give them a nice finished look. Easy install, chrome is flawless. Completely satisfied.

Great sound just a little louder than stock. Deep tone. This is the first set of cobra mufflers I have purchased. I've always had Screaming Eagle, Vance & Hines. Just got my 909’s. Put them on My Tri Glide and I couldn’t be any happier. As my son said, they give the trike a muscle sound. Louder than stock, but they give the trike a rumble. And that’s all with the baffles in.

Install was a breeze, hardest part was getting my old slip ons off. These pipes sounds great and are just what I was looking for. They are definitely louder than stock with a nice bass to them, but not so loud that I can’t hear my radio at highway speeds.

I can't ask for something better! I'm very impressed of the quality of these pipes and better yet the sound. It was exactly what I want. I recommended it to anyone!

The Cobra 909s look great but are not as loud as I expected them to be. I was told they were the same as neighbor haters but are not even close. Pretty disappointed by that.

Cobra 909’s for my Tri-Glide were just what the doctor ordered, great sound, and easy installation. I’m using a no-cat header pipe 909 slip ons and a K&N high flow breather. I remapped the trike with a V&H programmer. 107 inch motor is running like a champ and roaring like a lion! Parts Giant is a great source for V-twin parts and accessories.

Bought these in early April, and I'm extremely pleased with their fit and ease of installation. They completely exceeded my expectations in how they look and sound when riding the Trike. They have really pleasant throaty sound through the gears, but don't over power the music on local streets or at interstate/highway speeds. I do have to exercise special care on entering/exiting or turns onto slightly steep inclined roadways and driveways. This is not a muffler issue, it's the Trikes OEM Stock Suspension!

My exhaust sound just right, not like riding on a sub-woofer like another type I had tried (selling those on Ebay). Hitting the throttle now sounds like a true Harley!! Very pleased and will order from Parts Giant again!! Thanks!!

I can't say enough. I ordered my cobra 909's on Saturday and received them on Tuesday. About the 909's.. I have never seen or heard them before purchasing. I've seen them online and read many many reviews. Let me say I was not misled. These slip ons are perfect for what I was looking for. Real nice rumble at idle nice bark when you get on them and they smooth rite out at cruising speeds. If you are thinking about them buy them. You will not be disappointed!!!

I really could not be more please with the pipes. I received and installed the 909's yesterday and they sound sooooo good. Nice low rumble and deep tone, but not too loud when cruising...I ordered the black version and the finish is perfect! For the value I am really happy with these pipes, they certainly give the bike that "I aint stock no more" sound!

Ordered on 5/1 and were at my door the next morning. Look and sound great, nice rumble at idle only to increase when accelerating and a nice smooth rumble at cruising speeds.

Got my Cobra 909 mufflers from Parts Giant today. Very impressed with what I consider to be outstanding delivery service. I plan on installing them on my trike this Saturday. I'll let ya'll know how they sound when I'm done.
