They seem to be made well and they ride fine. I haven't tried riding them in the twisties yet, so I can't address that. They actually didn't fit my bike, a Royal Enfield Classic 350. The mounts have a wider spread, so I had to improvise some spacers, but overall I like the shocks.

They will definitely lower the bike. The ride quality for a vintage race bike however would not be ideal in my own opinion.

The 1995 Suzuki VS800GL Intruder 800's stock shocks measure 12-1/2 inches long. The Emgo Short Shocks measure 11.4 inches long. So with these, you can expect the rear end of your bike to come down more than an inch once installed.

These shocks are designed for lightweight Japanese custom builds. They are not suited for the weight of a 2003 FLHR Road King. I would suggest looking at the Progressive 412 series shocks for your Harley-Davidson Road King.
