Would these work with Kawasaki Klr 650 with controls

I don't see why these bars wouldn't fit that machine. There's a few inches of space on either side next to the grip area for controls and the like, so yeah - go for it!

Will this handle bars fit my yz 85 2006 model thank you for any advice and information

You should have no problem getting these bars mounted on a 2006 YZ85 with 7/8" bar clamps. You may need to change your cable routing depending on what bars you currently have installed on the bike.
