Questions & Answers

Is this kit suitable for 12v lithium ion battery

By Hans K.

These charging systems are compatible with any battery that works with the OEM charging system. That is to say, so long as the battery you're using, be it lead-acid or LiFeO4 (lithium ion) - is specifically listed to work with your machine, then it will work with this kit as well since the charging circuit still send the same amount of power to the battery as the OEM components it replaces. The higher amperage output is directed only towards the electrical components on your bike as needed, but not the battery itself.
