Are these fiber clutch plates

Yes, these are considered fiber plates. The terms "friction plates" and "fiber plates" are used interchangeably when it comes to clutch components. They mean the same thing.
Is this a single disc or a set ?

It really depends on what machine it is that you have. For most of the bikes, these friction plates are sold as a complete kit. Once you select your exact model from our fit guide, you'll see how many plates are included in the kit below in the specifications section. For some models, we have them available as a single plate, or as a complete kit, and you'll be given the opportunity to make that selection once you choose your bike from the fit guide.
