If this comes as stock black does it have to be painted? What brand electronics?

The plastic fairing itself comes ready-to-install, but if you're picky about looks, you'll probably want to have it painted to match your bike. That is to say, painting isn't required to fit this to your bike. The fairing itself is fitted with a Jensen JHD40BT stereo system.
