Do I need a tuner to make it operational?

These throttle bodies will work with the OEM wire harness and ECU without the need to modify them to function. But, you are changing the way air gets into the motor, big time. So, if you expect to get the most benefit out of these throttle bodies, you will most certainly want to tune fuel delivery properly.
Does this unit come complete with injectors ? What size injectors ? stock throttle cables ?

considering this unit to replace my stock cable operated 46mm unit when I make other upgrades to the cyl. heads.
There are no injectors or sensors included with this throttle body. You are to re-use the OEM components with this unit. This make installation simple since no machining or modification of the stock parts is required to complete the installation. Just swap out your stock components and you're all set!
