Yes, all Rick's Motorsports High-Output Charging kits will work with AGM batteries as they use modern electrical components. This means that, so long as you're using a stock-replacement battery (same voltage, really), then you won't have any problems utilizing this kit on any machine you select from our fit guide!
When installing this kit do you remove the stock voltage regulator and rectifier?

That's correct - each one of these kits come with a regulator/rectifier that's specifically designed to work with the high-output stator that's also included in the box.
In this way, you're assured a reliable, high-output charging system that'll work well on any machine that it's designed to fit.
What battery would you recommend to use with this system?

These components are designed to work with any battery that's specified to fit the CB350.
The big thing, when compared to stock with this charging system, is that it'll charge the battery whether or not the headlight is on, something as I understand, wasn't possible with the OEM charging system. Though, it's not like you need a super high-output battery to work with the Rick's kit in question - it'll do just fine with a stock replacement battery.
Will this work for a 1971 cl450?

Ricks does not currently offer a kit for the 1971 CL450 at this time. This kit is only compatible with 68-77 CB/CL 350/360 models only.
Will this charging kit fit my 1975 Honda CB200T

This kit is only compatible with Honda CB350/360 models 1968-1977. Ricks currently does not produce a high-output kit for the CB200T at this time. You may be able to reach out to them directly to have one custom wound for your application.
