Fits perfect inside the air filter box, you will have to remove the old air filter along with the bigger piece for it to fit. The fitment inside the air box towards the back looks like it won’t fit but it definitely will.

Do you oil this filter like a K&N or is it a dry filter ?

BMC aftermarket air filters do indeed require filter oil on occasion. The air filter oil helps the filter capture a whole range of debris that the cotton gauze element, on its own, could never prevent from getting through to the engine. So yes, you'll want to use a BMC Air Filter Cleaning Kit with Detergent & Oil to service your filter to keep it doing its best to protect your engine.
