Yes, if you were to choose the 2013 Harley Davidson FLSTN Softail Deluxe horn from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct parts to fit your machine. With regard to loud, no one - and I mean not one person, has ever complained about the horn not being loud enough. Take that for what you will!
