Can I use this kit on efficiently on a stock cam

Yes, you could certainly use them in an otherwise stock engine. There's no reason to believe they would degrade efficiency either, in fact, fuel delivery would probably be a little more consistently timed given the high-quality valve springs that are included in the kit.

Yes, this kit would be a most excellent match for your bike's setup. Just choose the .600" valve lift with steel collars since there's no need for heavier valve springs (unless you're planning that upgrade down the road) than that. These components are more than up to the task of working with your engine as you have it set up.
