It all depends on your weight and the intended purpose of the motorcycle in question. I would suggest visiting the Race Tech's website and go to their spring rate calculator for your 2014 YZ85. They have extensive product data and spring rate conversions based off of weight and riding style. It will automatically suggest a spring rate based of of your input. You should then be able to find the spring rate you need for your ride.
