I have an S&S 111. I have ran through starters a lot. Will this work?

It's a 98 Ultra Classic EG. With an S&S 111. I did not build or install, was on the bike when I bought it. Currently the starter fails quickly after pressing the button. Eventually starts with a bit of patience and rattling.
This starter is, basically, one of the most powerful you can get for your machine, but it is limited by the quality of the starter cables and the battery that's on your bike. If you don't already have 4-gauge starter cables, then you'll want a set of Terry Components Battery Cables and, powerful battery that has a 300CCA+, like the Drag Specialties Premium Performance AGM Battery or a Yuasa Maintenance Free Battery. Another thing to consider is a compression release, if your engine isn't already equipped as such (it should be, giving it's an S&S 111), then adding or replacing one that doesn't work, could save you from having to go with this starter motor. Recommend you check that out as well! Now, assuming it is a weak starter system that you're actually dealing with, all of those components, combined with the 2.0lkW starter, will have you wondering why you didn't upgrade sooner. Your motor will tick right over at the push of the button!
