I have a 2003 Harley Davidson Road King FLHRI
The reservoirs are to be mounted, using the included brackets, between the saddlebags and the rear fender. This does not require drilling or other permanent modification to your bike. The only caveat, of course, is that you have the stock saddlebags on there since the reservoirs may not work with aftermarket bags.
