They are 1 1/2" per spacer?? It would move each wheel out 1 1/2"? For a total of 3"?

Yes, that would be 1.5" per spacer if that is the selection you have made. Which would be 3" total width expansion when installed on both sides of the machine.
Is there 2 in a pack or just 1 per purchase

These spacers come as a pair.
Says sold in pairs. So when asked quantity and placing a 2 in the box. I should recieve 4 in total for front and rear.

Correct, you would get a pair for each quantity. If you choose qty 2, you would receive 4 spacers.
