About this stainless filter, how does it compare to paper filters like K&N 123 ?

How many microns of filtration does this stainless PC FLO oil filter number 349767-456916 as opposed to a paper oil filter like K&N 123?
As is noted in the description, PC Flo oil filters remove objects down to 35 microns. K&N, doesn't specifically say how good the KN-123 is, only that they "filter between 25 and 100 micron."
How would you go about cleaning this filter properly so you could reuse it?

This filter can be cleaned in a solvent tank or by using a container and some mineral spirits to back flush the particles out of the stainless steel mesh.
