If where do I order replace to assemble my new bdl -btx-11 clutch kit
No, the extra plate kits are specifically designed to eliminate the "double-riveted "grenade plate" that comes on stock Harley clutch packs. You won't need that when using this clutch kit.
will this kit work on a open primary for 1997 fxstc

BDL's extra clutch plate kits can be run wet or dry. So long as the primary kit on your machine accepts OEM clutch components, you shouldn't have any problem fitting this to your FXSTC's open primary system.
