MVX electronic instrumentation system from Dakota Digital offers a 140 MPH speedometer, tachometer with an adjustable shift point, odometer with dual resettable trip meters along with a full complement of indicators to provide a complete information system in on unit. It's specifically designed to fit Harley Davidson Road King, Softail, Deuce or Dyna models with a single 5 inch tank mount design. A little cutting and splicing is all it takes for a complete installation.

There are no adapters required to fit this instrument to your bike. If you were to choose the 2002 Harley Davidson FLHR Road King from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct components to bolt right onto your bike without the need to make any custom modifications.

The factory speedometer push button switch on your bike is used as the main function switch. The function switch allows access to all of the mileage, RPM, and performance information. Pressing and releasing the function switch toggles through the different displays. You just press the button until voltage shows up on the bottom center display of the instrument.

Current speedometer does not have tach or other functions on this unit. How complicated is the wiring? Can odometer reading from current speedometer be transferred to this unit?
