Yes, absolutely. Even the Magneti Marelli machines used the same tappets as the carbureted bikes. You won't have any problem fitting these to your machine if you were to select the 2000 Harley Davidson FLHT Electra Glide Standard lifters from our fit guide.

The answer is "maybe." Without knowing the condition of your machine and especially, current state of the pushrods, I'd hate to say there's no need to get those as well. You'd have to install the lifters and measure everything to find out. But really, you're already halfway there, so why not add a set of adjustable pushrods to your order just so you have everything you need on hand to get the job done?

Feuling HP+ lifters can be used with OEM Harley-Davidson pushrods on any machine you select from our fit guide. With regard to orientation - it really depends on who you talk to, some will say they must fast inboard (eg., front lifters face backwards, rear lifters face forwards), while others indicate they're to be installed in the same orientation as the original lifters. We tend to gravitate towards the latter option here at PartsGiant towers. Now - Feuling lifters for many models can be installed in any orientation as they're machined in a way that allows fluid to move properly without having to put them in a particular direction. If there's a specific requirement, you'll see that noted in the included instructions.

These lifters can be used as OEM replacements, There's no need to buy an upgraded oil pump for these to work properly on your machine. Of course, if you're looking to maximize their potential, then we would recommend upgrading the oil pump as well so as to increase fuel to all critical Harley-Davidson valvetrain components.
