Is the housing length just the flexible portion or does it include the 90 degree portion?

Yes, that's correct - the housing length refers to the flexible part of the cable between the metal fittings at each end.

To get the cables you need, just select the 2002 Harley Davidson FLHTC Electra Glide Classic from our fit guide. After that, choose the idle or idle with cruise control, depending on how your machine's configured, then the stock length ... repeat the same for the throttle cable and you've got stock-length cables for that side of your machine.
