Will it work on 2023 BMW R-18 B motorcycle

So far as we're aware, that particular machine comes with a standard lead-acid battery, which means this particular charger would not be suitable for that bike unless you've upgraded it with a lithium-type battery. If you have a conventional battery in that bike, we recommend the TecMate Optimate 3 Battery Charger Global as its circuitry is specifically designed to work with that type of battery.
