Mirror extenders for Yamaha Vstar XV250E

I bought these to raise and widen the mirrors on my 2014 Yamaha V-Star XV250E motorcycle. The kit arrived and the installation/alignment took less than 10 minutes (a metric allen wrench is needed). I would have given it 5 stars if it would have raised the mirrors another inch and extended them out another inch. The early Virago 250's had higher stock handlebars that worked well with the mirrors. My 2014 VStar XV250 handle bars are lower and fairly narrow, such that 95% of what I could see in the mirrors were just my arms and shoulders. After installing these extenders/risers, I can now use about 80% of the mirrors, which makes them workable. The kit came as advertised with a left hand 10mm threaded riser and 10mm left hand cap bolt for the right mirror and a 10mm right hand threaded riser and 10mm right hand cap bolt for the left mirror. Yamaha uses left hand threads on the right side so that the mirror stem will unscrew (instead of tightening and breaking off) if an impact forces the mirror rearward... clever.
