Put this on my 2005 Harley Davidson FLRCI Road King Classic. 80% more air intake. 25 more horsepower. 20% louder Rinehart exhaust sound. Before you install this, spray the heck out of your carburetor with gum out carburetor cleaner to get out dirt, grease, grime and oily residue. Now you have serious premium performance. Feel me?

I believe this will resolve the issue of M8 motors leaking oil from the air breather as the crankcase vents are redirected to dump any oil residue to where they would get sucked into the combustion chamber instead of down the side of the bike. I just put this on so I don't definitively know this yet but I think this is going to work.

It's a MONSTER Sucker! Great fit and finish. Quick and easy install using minimal hand tools for the less then handy. Quality materials and hardware. You get what you pay for! Threw this on my Pop's 02 Deuce. Clean fit, doesn't cause any issues for the 6'4"ers like us with forward controls. It do what it do. Slight improvement when you roll on the throttle and bike seems to run a tad cooler. I'd buy it again! Good product.

2014 street bob 103 Fuel Injected
While you can probably get away with installing this unit by itself, to get the best possible throttle response and engine performance, it's always best to get some sort of fueling modification device. Basically, any time you change the way air gets into or out of, the motor, you'll want to adjust fueling appropriately to maximize any performance gains available from the new setup. For the FXDB Dyna Street Bob, we recommend the Vance & Hines FP3 tuner. It's easy to install and configure using an iOS or Android smartphone without the need to take a trip to the dyno. With that, you'll have everything you need to get the most out of the intake, and should you decide to add an exhaust later on, you'll be able to set up the FP3 just as easily to work with the new exhaust. It's a really, really nice tool.

Harley dropped the I suffix after the 2006 model year since they stopped building carbureted big twins at that time. That is to say, every machine built from the 2007 model year onwards, even though they're all fuel-injected, do not have the I suffix in their model code. eg. the 2011 FLSTF Fat Boy, while fuel--injected, does not officially have an I suffix associated with its name. So for your needs, if you were to choose the 2011 FLSTF Softail Fat Boy air cleaner from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct unit to fit your machine.
