I have Custom Dynamics LED on rear and Eagle on front: will this take care of the hyper flash?

Yes, that's exactly what these load equalizers are designed to do - get rid of the high flash rate that comes from low-resistance LED bulbs. From what you've indicated, this will be the correct kit to solve your problem on any machine you select from our fit guide.
Would I need one for each signal ?

Nope! You only need one load equalizer per machine. It'll make sure all the turn signals operate at the normal blink rate.
Will this stop radio interference

Assuming your machine has LED lights and depending on what type of bulb it is that you have, the best way to solve that problem is with a Cyron Lighting CANBUS/EMI Digital Noise Filter or a Pathfinder LED EMI Noise Filter. Both of these devices install in-line with the LED bulb and the OEM plug and do a great job of eliminating static that's caused by aftermarket LED bulbs.
