Genuine S&S carb with jet assortment and two throttle cable brackets. I bought to replace a worn out older "E" carb. I considered buying a cheap Chinese knockoff but didn't want to chance it. I'm glad I bought the S&S.

I purchased the Super "E" to replace one that was very old, rebuilding it was not an option. Installed in less than an hour. Fired up "nice right outta the box" no additional adjustments.

I went cheap and bought a what I thought was an S&S Carb to replace my old S&S Super E, really old. I tried to rebuild her, but is cracked. It was a Chinese Copy. The jetting is right. I use S&S teardrop air cleaner and washable filter.
Our experience indicates that, no matter how stock your machine happens to be, these carburetors always require a little tweaking to get fueling just right. Considering your machine's setup, you'll need to do a little fettling to get it fueled right.

I have a super a super e on an 88 Evo is there any benefits to me switch into the g or is it even possible
The Super E has a 1-7/8" throat and the Super G has a 1-9/16" throat. The E is more for stock/slightly modified engines while the G would be for 100 cubic inch or larger engines.
